Who is our property manager?

Our property management company is DRM/Associa (Desert Resort Management), located in Palm Desert, CA.

How do I check my Account Balance?

To access your homeowner account, register and log in: community.associawebsites.com

What is an Owner's Responsbility, and what is the HOA's responsibility?

The responsibility matrix in included as an appendix in the CC&Rs governing document. You can ask our property manager for clarification if you are unsure.

How do I submit a work order?

To request a work order for a repair or problem in a common area, you can use the member portal: community.associawebsites.com
or you can call Associa/DRM (760) 346-1161

Please do not submit work orders for problems that are owner-responsibility, or you will be billed for the work performed. For example, a burst toilet water-hose is an owner responsibility, but a roof leak is an association responsibility. If you are still unsure (after checking the maintenance matrix in the CC&Rs), please ask our property manager for guidance.

Remember to include the correct account number on your check.

Why do I have two account numbers?

There are two account numbers for each unit. The second account number is for the 2016 Special Assessment (SA) for Roofs & Asphalt replacement. Payments made to the wrong account number require manual effort to correct and complicates delinquency reports.
